Flow of Against CAP Admission at VESCOP

(1) Fill and Submit Online Application Form

  • Click above for online registration and application form for respective course, fill the required details and proceed the form, pay application fee of Rs. 500/- online (Non-Refundable). After successful payment download and print the filled form. 

  • The duly filled-in Application forms should be submitted along with the documents required at the time of admission. 

Note: Candidates are advised to avoid last date / last minute submission / payment of admission application form. The College will not be responsible if system fails to capture candidate name due to any technical reason while submitting / paying fee of admission application form on last date / last minutes.

The non-refundable Registration fee does not guarantee admission

(2) Observe Schedule for Admission Against CAP Seats.

  • Carefully observe Schedule published by the College for Admission Against CAP Seats. The Schedule may change as per rules of State CET Cell, Government of Maharashtra.

  • Candidate has to strictly follow the Scheduled and timelines given for the respective course.

(3) Display of Vacancies Against CAP

  • Seat Type wise Vacancies Against CAP available will be displayed for the respective course.

  • Candidates with higher merit in the Merit List will be admitted against vacant CAP seats till all the vacancies are filled.

  • Vacancies arising due to Cancellation of Admission will be filled by next candidates in the Merit.

(4) Display of Merit List and Counseling

  • Merit List will be displayed on the basis of Information Submitted by Candidate in Application Form. Submission of wrong / false or incomplete information may lead to cancellation of allotted of seat / admission.

  • Attendance for counseling is Mandatory. Candidate has to mark his/her attendance in the attendance sheet available at the Office.

Note: The College will not be responsible for any kind of loss occurred to any candidate due to any false / wrong / incomplete information submitted by candidate in the Application Form.

(5) Admission as per Schedule.

  • Seat will be allotted only to the Candidate who have marked his/her attendance for counseling and available for the admission in the College as per given schedule and timeline.

Note: Seat will be allotted to next candidate in Merit if Candidate / Parent is not present in the College for Admission at the time specified.

(6) Document Verification

  • Document Verification officer will verify Original Documents as per Candidature and Seat Type.

  • Application Form will be approved online on the College Admission System after Verification Officer is satisfied with the Original Documents submitted by candidate.

  • Make 2 sets of photocopies (Attested) of Original Documents.

  • Keep 2 Passport Size Photo with you.

(7) Arrange for Payment of fees as per available payment modes

You can pay Fees by any mode of payment available at the College (except Cheques and Cash).

If paying through Credit Card / Debit Card /Gpay/Phone Pay/QR code kindly ensure before starting payment that Bank has not set payment limit to your bank account. so that you can pay total fees without any problem.

Note: Since Admission can be confirmed only on submission of all required Original Documents and Fee in Full, candidates are informed to make necessary arrangements for the same well before admission rounds starts.

Since students have to pay full fees at the time of Admission. Students making payments through Credit Card / Debit Card /Gpay/Phone Pay/QR code kindly ensure before starting payment that Bank has not set payment limit to their bank account so that they can pay total fees without any problem.

  • Students can pay fees online at link generated through (payment gateway) after successful submission of application form and verification of ORIGINAL documents at the College. (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking)

  • Students can pay fees through NEFT/RTGS/NET BANKING

  • Students can pay fees using Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking/Gpay/Phone Pay/QR Code.

(8) Payment of Fees and Confirmation of Admission

  • Candidate is allowed to pay fees and confirm admission only on approval of Application Form on the College Admission System.

  • Submit Application Form, Original Documents, Photocopies of Documents to Admission Confirmation Counter.

  • Pay applicable fees through Preferred or any other mode of payment available at the College.

  • Admission will be uploaded at State CET Cell admission portal on receipt of Original Documents and Required Fees.

(9) Fee Receipt and Acknowledgement of Confirmation of Admission

  • Collect Fee Receipt from Counter. Fee Receipt will be also available in your Students Login at Mastersoft ERP System.

  • Collect Acknowledgement of Confirmation of Admission generated through State CET Cell admission portal.

(10) Student Faculty Interaction

  • Know more about VESCOP and the Teaching Learning Process from the experienced faculty and staff members.

  • Interact directly with the teaching staff.

  • Take a tour of the college facilities.

(11) Join Class Whatsapp / Telegram Group

Provide your personal details for getting Login Credentials under VESCOP Domain.

Ø  Scholarship Schemes by Government of Maharashtra / India for Economically Backward Classes and Reserved Categories will not be applicable to students taking admission Against CAP Seats. Students will have to pay full fees fixed by Fee Regulating Authority till the completion of the course.

 

Ø  Since Original Documents you will be submitting at the time of admission will remain with the college till your admission is approved by University of Mumbai / Admission Regulating Authority. Kindly Scan your ORIGINAL Documents in good resolution and keep with you also maintain sufficient photocopies of your documents with you.
